    Money target before kickoff

    The metric formula, the baseline and the measurement method go into the target sheet, signed before work starts. The sheet is an annex to the contract.

  2. 02

    Fixed fee plus bonus

    A fixed fee pays for the work; the bonus is a share of the measured impact. If the target is missed, no bonus is paid.

  3. 03

    Models in your infrastructure

    By default, models run in your infrastructure — on-prem or your own cloud tenant; third-party cloud models only with your security team's sign-off.

  4. 04

    Access only with your permission

    We access your systems only with your permission, logged on your side — it's in the contract.

First step

Pick one process. We'll sign the money target together.

The target sheet sets out the metric, the baseline and how we measure it. Day 30 of the pilot: first model numbers, and you decide whether to continue or stop.
